What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We charge a flat fee of 100THB per order. Except if the order is above 800THB then the delivery is free

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We are currently accepting,
Paypal, COD, Bank Transfer and working on getting Local Credit Cards approved

How long will delivery take?

From we recieve the order we normally ship within 24-48 hours. During the Checkout you can specify what date you prefer to have your weekly order delivered. Normally we deliver our OrgBoxes from Tuesday-Friday (Excluding Holidays)

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We do our best to protect your data, and have systems in place that keeps outsiders out of our data. As for transaction data and Credit Card data, then we dont store any of it at all on our end

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will get an email with a overview of your order and how to get in touch with us incase something went wrong or you have changes to your order afterwards. And then on the day of delivery we pack the boxes in the morning and deliver throughout the day. If the order is for standalone items only then we try to ship it the same day as we get the order if its before 11 AM, otherwise it will be shipped the following weekday.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes we send an invoice after your order to the registered email.
