Ginger Kombucha (คอมบูชาขิง) 300 ml.
Kombucha made with a blend of organic green and black tea, flavored with fresh ginger (no artificial flavor or preservatives).
Filtered water, kombucha culture (yeast and bacteria cultures), organic black tea, organic green tea, raw ginger, organic sugar (to feed the kombucha cultures)*.
* Although kombucha is made with sugar, it is still a much healthier, low-sugar alternative to ordinary sodas and commercial fruit juices. Sugar is an essential ingredient in the fermentation process, as it feeds the live cultures. During fermentation, the cultures “digest” the sugar. By the end of the process, only minimal residual sugar remains.
Due to natural fermentation, Kombucha contains trace amounts of alcohol.
